Supervision
Supervision involves regular (usually monthly) group sessions with employees in municipal units, private foundations and non-governmental organizations. During supervision, workers clarify the problems they seek solutions to. The role of the independent supervisor is to provide an objective view “from the outside” of the difficulties that workers are going through. Supervision assists employees in building a more effective approach to dealing with those difficulties.
Organizational counseling
Organizational counseling supports business clients in processes related to the selection, development and improvement of employees, organizational efficiency and corporate security. It is carried out by psychologists and business consultants with extensive experience in the field of assessment, analysis and development of human potential in a corporate context, organizational consulting, professional psychodiagnostics, psychophysiology, criminal psychology and psychological profiling.
